Only part of screen is shown

Hello
I'm attempting to play an old game: Pac-Man Adventures in Time. My current res in Windows is 1920x1080. I set the game to the same res but only the top left quater is shown. How do I get it to show everything?

The game does run fine on Windows 8 with no changes on my laptop.

hi i have the same problem with arcanum, an old pc game. it shows the hud but not the rest of the game on win xp

I solved the problem. Right click on the shortcut, run as admin, run in compatibility mode and turn dpi scaling off.
