Only person in my internet lagging.

So recently after buying new ethernet cables/dongles, I owned a certain one and used it for 1-2 years, I got another one which lasted about 2 months, and now this one has lasted for like 3 weeks. I just get a stupid amount of lag, hitting massively above 2000 MS/ping, and constant DC'ing. Yes I'm wire-less.
I also have terrible download-speed in comparison to my family who get much better. Alot steadier too. E.G I download at 200 k/bs and get around 1200 ping while everybody else downloads at 500k/bs (Yeah I know my net sucks but thats not the issue.) and get around 100 ping.
Another example I stream in barely 360p, and it takes forever, and skyrocketing to around 800 ping, while my family can stream 1080p steadily with barely any lag.

I'm the only person on my internet that gets this kind of issue. When I myself am not doing anything on my PC my ping stays perfectly fine, but the second I play a game I just spike SO hard, and I don't get it. Nothing is downloading in the background when I play or anything.

I've bought multiple dongles and all of them just lag horribly. I've installed different software's for the dongles themselves, and they're up to date. I've restarted my PC all the time, sometimes they get too hot and I let them cooldown, so I don't believe its a heat issue. Because even after around 10 minutes it happens again.
Please help, as I'm unable to play Multiplayer games or with my friends competitively. 🙁

The problem could be your PC or its location, not the wifi adapters. Borrow a wifi adapter from one of the known "good" computers and try it on yours. See if it performs as well as the original PC it came from, or if it is suddenly now bad.

I tried swapping out adapters, and it seems they don't heat as much as the ones I bought but it lags overtime, I didn't think or believe it was a heat issue but it was. I have put them in a better "position" away from heat and it seems to be fine now.
