Question Only some RAM "usable" amount usable varies.

I have 16.0 GB of ram installed, but every time I boot up my computer it says that only some of it is "usable". the amount usable varies between 7.93 GB usable and 14 GB Usable. I have tried every method from ms config to the registry to try and fix it but nothing works. Please Help.

Also how did you find the info on the kits of ram? It would be good to know if I decide to replace my ram.
