Question Only the green light on my motherboard nothing else?

So i built a pc yesterday with my friend and its worked until now i used my old parts and my motherboard has the green light on it but that is all nothing is turning on. I looked on my case to see if it was getting power and the red light isn't on. I tried to see if the led is broken on the case and i think it is when i connect the ethernet cable the light is on but when i held the power button on the case it turns off. Ive tried removing the ram and putting them in the other slots and removing the gpu and putting it back in. What is the problem?

I meant to put the power button on the case and i have a antec 750w power supply and a asus
sabertooth z77 motherboard 22 sticks of 8gb ram

Which exact sticks of RAM?
What CPU?
What GPU?

Are any parts new? Did you already own any used parts?

All of these parts are used but i know they work because they worked yesterday once it was working.

Geforce gtx 1050 ti
Gskill ares ddr3
Cpu is i7-3770k

Have you tried starting it with one stick of RAM and with the GPU removed, using just the CPU's integrated graphics?
