Question Onn 5.1 soundbar volume level keeps resetting to 15 ?

I have an Onn 5.1 soundbar, and for some reason when I turn my soundbar off/on the volume of the soundbar resets back to 15, which is WAY too loud, so I put back at like 6 or 5, but when I turn it back on after being off the volume is back at 15, how do I fix this?

When you do the reset to 6 or 5 or any other value is there any action required to "save" the new value?

Perhaps some "Save", "Ok", or "Yes" button to click.

The button could be off the screen/window and not be obvious without scrolling down.

Might even be somewhere else that offers "Save changes" = Yes/No".

Check the menus.
