Oooops , my real player stopped working now i cant download music videos

i used to have real player on my computer it was working before but now stop working and i cant download my music videos i did uninstalled and installed back to my computer but still isn't working what can i do ?

If using Win uninstaller; Try a more efficient uninstaller like REVO

Then reinstall again.
