I tried resetting my PW, got the message, "no acct. associated w this email."
Tried to register w default username VWFeature, was told usernames must be unique, already in use.
I have no access to my old HVC.RR.COM email.
I suspect this is a DB problem related to very old accounts. (Pre 2018)

IF I can reclaim the old acct, great, if not no big deal.

Are you sure that the .com address is correct?

Who, where is/was that old account managed?

Hyatt Vacation Club ? HVC

Road Runner emaIl ? RR

Or perhaps the database. What was the purpose(s) of the database?

You will need to find out who, if anyone, took over the email address and/or database.

And then contact them accordingly.

Some other member may remember the email address format and be able to provide additional information from the "way back"....
