Are you in the process of becoming Hlaalu Hortator? In that case, you can
get away with it, although there are ways to become Hlaalu Hortator without
killing anyone. Anyway, go talk to Crassius Curio at the Hlaalu canton in
Vivec City.

Also, if you are into Heavy Armor, don't overlook the piece of Daedric armor
on one of the shelves behind Orvas Dren!
