open a perticular application on the 2nd monitor separate from the first

It might sound confusing but what i want is to always open an application on the 2nd monitor on boot without any influence on the first monitor

so i dont want my cursor to wander over the 2nd monitor and also if possible can open the same application on the first monitor when i want without any disturbance on the 2nd monitor. so the 2nd monitor is just to look at stats.

Any ideas?

A lot of current applications remember where they were last open, and then closed.

Open this application.
Move it to the second monitor.
Close it.

Then...open it again.
Does it open in the same place it was when you closed it?

YEAH i know that windows does that but i wanted to be sure that

1. can i open the same application in my 1st monitor to do changes (as the 2nd monitor will be a bit far) without affecting the 2nd monitor? (sorry if it is confusing)

2. evrything will be done on the 1st monitor. the 2nd monitor is only to show the stats. so if the 1st monitor like turns off will it affect the 2nd monitor?

3. also dont want any other application to go into the 2nd monitor by mistake or the cursor to wander there?

i hope it was understandable( lol) as its really confusing.
