Open file problem

How can i change a file from 'RAR' to something that i can use to install a
house to TS2?

RAR is a compressed file format, like zip.

I use Winace from www.winace.com (it's shareware, but I've exceeded
by evaluation period by almost 2 years, and it still works, just nags)

I use ExtractNow, which is free. I would guess that you could find it
by doing a Web search.
