Open Hardware monitor shows varied CPU temps

Hello,
I have a Ryzen 3 1200 mounted on a ASROCK B350M mobo. I installed open hardware monitor to check my temperatures and saw three cores operating at ~22 C, two cores in the 80-90 C range, and the last one at -22C.
I originally thought it was a thermal paste issue, so I ordered a Arctic Alpine 64 cpu fan and a new case fan(two total now). I installed these parts and powered up again, and the temperatures have not changed.

What is going on?

I also added new thermal paste Arctic silver 5. Here is a screenshot of what Open Hardware is saying.

can you post a screen shot?

not all temp sensors might be in use(so it could be values that dont mater)

Have you tried a different monitoring software? HWinfo64 is great

posted! That could be it. I use high temp thermocouples at work and I suspect the -22C value could be coming from a broken t/c
