Question Open port problems.

Hello, im trying to open a port for ytorrent.
Using windows 10.
I have 500/500mb/s.
And im using cabel.
I have open a port in my router.
and i have used my ip i got from cmd - ipconfig.
When i open up ytorrent i get the green icon, but when i press "Run Tests" i get : Port it not open(you are able to download).

I have also tried to go to Firewall and advanced and opened up the same port there. still wont get a upload speed.. only get from 0.1kb/s to 10kb/s...

Try allowing the PROGRAM itself through the firewall as well. So go into firewalls advance settings and make sure the application is allowed through both public and private internet connections.

i have done that aswell.

and when i go to: Canyouseeme.org i get :
Success: I can see your service on xxxxxxxx on port (xxxx)
Your ISP is not blocking port xxxx
