How do I open the ports in the bell 3000 modem so I can use it for my xbox one. We do have two Xbox in the house on the same modem. I am play Call of Duty and can't get a consistent speed. I should get 1 G down and 100 up but I only seem to get 300 down and 60 up. I will play one game and the speed test next time will be 95 down and 45 up. Is there a way to open the ports on a Bell 3000 modem. My husband has tried but it doesn't seem to take. I also have a Nighthawk R 8000 but we have tried to use it for gaming getting the same results. Please help we are totally frustrated.

Not sure why you care how fast the connection is for game play. Port forwarding is only related to the ability of machines to connect it does not affect the speed. If the ports are closed it will not work at all.

Speedtest is a completely different application than a game it will have no impact...well if you run it when you are playing a game it will cause problems.

Games use very small amounts of bandwidth, most well under 1mbit/sec up and down. The game will not run better just because you have 100m down as long as the game can get what it needs the rest will be left unused.

You may have issues using 2 xbox devices on the same game. This is a restriction related to NAT and the ports the xbox wants to use. UPnP was designed...
