I need to open port 1433 on Camcast Business Gateway.
Please provide me the steps to open it. I hava an static IP as 40.195.135.20

you need to log into the gateway, the usual way is
plug straight into it with say a laptop go to 10.1.10.1
username cusadmin
password highspeed

usually the IT guy does this and then changes this to something he can remember and is not default and thus easy to invade.

If you have one static IP this is generally to the hardware firewall and you're going to be wasting your time if this is in a business environment and you are not the IT guy doing this legitimately as its probably going to block you anyway until its reconfigured.
