Open ports

Hey all,
I have an Netgear RP114 and I'm currently running a CS Server.. But Noone can see the server, because I haven't open the required slots. I can't open the damn slots... Could anyone please help me ?

The port for CS is : 27015

I don't know how to open any router, but still I know the port that needs to be opened

in explorer type in "192.168.1.1" or "192.168.0.1" and see if your router menu pops up.
if those dont work goto start - run and type cmd then press enter. Type "ipconfig /all". Where it says default gateway try that ip number in explorer and see if it works.
