Does anyone tried the OpenSSI ?

Can anyone who knows, send me more details about how to install the CPUs or the OS?

i have already 4 COmputers i7-2600K each can i run them as one single powerful computer for sure?

what are the requirements and should i have a HUB ?

I haven't tried OpenSSI - but I recently managed to set up Kerrighed using Ubuntu and the document at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/EasyUbuntuClustering/UbuntuKerrighedClusterGuide.

Managed to get my desktop ( dual Opteron 8435 ) and server ( quad Opteron 8356 ) into a 28 core machine with 80GB memory. Problem can be stability and ensuring that whatever you do will work in this environment.

I had a spare machine to act as the PXE boot server which had 1 nic to the outside world and the other nic to a private gigabit hub. The other machines were only connected to this hub - although connecting the second nic to the outside world would just need proper configuration of the networking.
