Question Opened PC up to clean it and now keyboard and monitors don't connect

My friend and I just opened up his PC to clean some dust out of it, no changes at all to the system but unplugged it, cables could have moved around, etc.

Tried to boot again and the computer seems to turn on/run fine, USB works for everything except keyboards. I know the USB ports work with his mouse, but they don't work with the keyboard for whatever reason, and they did before I cleaned it.

Also, both monitors show "no signal". I have no idea what's going on. Any ideas? Don't have another GPU around to see if we damaged his somehow.

Thanks! All good now, though. I think it happened because I realized the cpu cooler was in a system fan header and vice versa, so I swapped them, but that broke it. Any idea why?

Often, the BIOS expects a signal from the CPU fan header, senses no fan, that's like starting a car without oil, refused.
