OpenGL 2.0 Error?

Hi, if anyone here don't mind taking a look and telling me what maybe the problem is. I am trying to run a program called PPSSPP on my computer and for some reason it gives me this error. I have all the necessary and even updated all drivers using DriverToolkit. But how come I can play like Peggle or the games that are pre-installed on windows like Chess. Does that mean I don't have a capable video card? I would think 256 mb is my video card. Anyway please help!

What GPU do you have? It may not be a driver issue per se, but a limitation on the GPU itself.

The Intel GMA3100 only supports OpenGL up to version 1.4.

Unfortunately, you'll need a new GPU. They can be had for about $20 at the low end (still faster than yours currently), though.

Should fit in your PC; you'll need to use the low profile bracket.

Thank you for the answers. I solved it by downloading an OpenGL file that I found off youtube and it worked great. I can play minecraft now.

Umm im having the same problem if you coudle please link me to the video it woudle help a lot cuz I reset my windows about 2 weeks ago and my mc is not working cuz of OpenGL
