So basically, I'll open a folder & then the files 'vanish' & start appearing one-by-one slowly & I cannot figure out why this is. It's not all the time, it's sporadic & it happens on my NVME drives & my HDD drives (so, every drive). This has never happened to me on any other Windows OS prior to Win11 Pro. Any help as to the cause for this would be appreciated, my relevant PC specs are below (if you need any other specs like HDDs etc let me know).
