Opening Nat Type of Charter Business Modem (SMC)

Hi there,

I am trying to open the nat type of my modem/router that is a SMC D3G160W model. I have tried typing the ip Address into my address bar and have not been able to log in. I'm assuming this is because my house uses Charter Business internet and it might be harder to get into. I'm having connection issues with my xbox 360 and believe it has to do with my Nat type.

Did you try contacting Charter? If they set a password the only thing you can do is a factory reset and find out what the default account is for that device.
You are as likely to break the connection more as you are with fixing it though from the sound of things. Why do you think it's a NAT issue? Did it work before? What chanced since it stopped?
