So let me explain in detail ive waited several day just to get my receipt 5/6 days ive called pny so I can get its replaced or fix I told them that I looked inside (removed just the plastic case) to check for any damage and the guy who I was talking with stopped me right there and told me it was void although there was no indication that doing so would void it in the first place the warranty it self does not explain that as well
[Update] is it possible to make them change their minds the card looks completely fine and is also void from the looks of the video

If the item is in warranty, it's best not to try to take it apart or look into fixing it yourself if it means messing with it past software and maybe re-seating it. Issue here is that even if you call back and try to talk to someone about returning the card, you will already have a case note where it states that you opened the card and voided the warranty. Now a supervisor may or may not allow it to go through, or the case may not have been saved.

You did the right thing and the wrong thing for you when you let them know you opened the shroud, you should have just told them what was wrong with the card and let them guide you through the rest of the steps. Volunteering information can be bad at times, although you did do the right...

PNY's sole obligation under this warranty is to replace or, at its option, to repair, free of charge, all the
product's defective parts. This warranty applies only on the condition that the product has been installed,
maintained and operated under conditions of normal use and in accordance with the installation guide
provided herewith. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply if, in PNY's sole judgment, the product
has been subject to misuse or neglect, improper installation, damaged in an accident, or repaired or altered
in any way that affects its performance or reliability,

I am not sure removing the shroud should apply, in my personal opinion. But it is at PNY's sole judgment and discretion.

Yeah but isn't in their best interest to not decline or void it right off I mean the sticker (ill be uploading a video from youtube) hasn't even been removed nor tampered with, also is there a way to argue for a fighting chance?

Yes I open the shroud but I only did that to inspect the inside I didn't remove or added anything to the card that mean that I didnt void the warranty, also their warranty statements are really lose and/vague about my situation.
