Opening ports but they're not actually open

Hey community,

I am currently trying to forward ports 27000-27025 and 47611 on my Netgear n600. I enter the ports into the router page, and it goes through but when I check whether the ports are open or not on canyouseeme.org, it is indicated that they are still closed.
My setup at the moment is Arris modem connected to the Netgear which is then connected to my PC. Any insight and solutions are welcome. Thanks.

Assuming this is for CS on PC; is your PC static? Also most of the time; a full power down, unplug; wait 30 seconds plug back in, gets ports working for me. Even if the routers says they are open/forwarded already.

It`s actually for another game, Vindictus, to be specific.
Yes, my IP is static.
I've tried rebooting my router and the ports still stay closed.

Can you post the output of ipconfig and a screenshot of the port forwarding page from your router?
