Are you sure your testing methodology is solid, and are you using your actual external IP address to test, your WAN address on your router is still an internal address behind your modem.
Some of those websites that test ports are flawed or rely on other technology that you may be blocking in the browser.
So from inside the network, you are trying to connect to the server process from same computer as the server process is hosted on, using your external IP?
yes, you are probably confusing your server process. Think about what is happening, you are connecting to it from the external ip, how is the server process responding with packets, and how is your router responding to receiving those?

Btw that site shows 80 and some other ports as open. 25565 closed. I hope my ISP wasnt total j****ss and didnt lied about opening ports. Is there a better way to check for that port is it open?
