Opening websites at 150%

I am trying to get my websites to open at 150% but have been unable to find a way to do that so far. Can you tell me how I can do this?

What web browser are you using?

Major browsers:

Internet Explorer 7+ - It's on the very bottom right corner.
Firefox - View -->Zoom or just hit CTRL++ to zoom in, CTRL--
Chrome - Click on the wrench, and hit Zoom

Thanks for this info. I will try it and see if it works. I use IE with Windows 7, so we will see. Thanks again.
