Operating software not found

Hello, can somebody help fix my windows vista desktop , the problem is similar with the topics on your forum, the problem is no operating system found , can anyone help me solve this problem ?

The computer is trying to boot, but can't find any installation to boot from.

1. Make sure the hard drive is still connected.
2. Boot into the BIOS (usually tap delete on startup), and make sure the hard drive is still the first boot device. Or simply access the boot menu on startup, and choose the hard drive.
