My custom built PC has developed a new problem.
Here are the specs:
Pentium G3460 CPU
MSI H81M-P33 MOBO
EVGA GTX 960 FTW GPU
EVGA 500 watt PSU
Hitachi hard drives, one is 120 GB (other 130 unreadable or corrupted) and the main one is a 2TB model.
Creative Sound Blaster Z Sound card
Windows 10 Pro
Ok back to the problem. I noticed my computer was freezing up so I pressed CTRL + ALT + DEL and proceeded to restart the computer. It never shut down. The monitor has a blank screen (not No Signal or shut off) and the computer is still running for whatever reason as I type this. Should I press the switch on the PSU to shut it off or do I risk damage to the components?
