Operation terminated with error 1032 jet_errfileaccessdenied

I tried to run inbuilt utility ESEutil of Exchange Server to recover my large Exchange database. But during execution this Eseutil utility gave an error which in turn stop the recovery process inbetween. The error name is ‘Operation terminated with error 1032 jet_errfileaccessdenied’. Please help me ASAP so that I can access the mailbox without data loss.

Open Windows Explorer and go to the folder where Exchange database is stored
Right-click then go to Properties
Select Security tab and then check the following checkboxes:
Administrators Full Control
System Full Control
