"Sandisk - SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive"

I strongly recommend getting a larger SSD.
A 120GB may seem large enough now...but you'll be back in 6 months wanting something larger.

Some comments: I think the motherboard you have listed is micro-ATX not full size ATX. I would upgrade 1) The motherboard and 2) The RAM.

1) Upgrade motherboard from B250 to H270 chipset: You're already buying M.2 and USB-C for future proofing, the extra PCI-E lanes will let you put in a better dedicated GPU in the future if you chose to do so. (ASUS -Prime H270M-PLUS $104 (+$7).

2) Upgrade RAM: The RAM you picked has rather high latency for the price. At DDR4-2400 I would look for a CAS-14 latency. Here's one:
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 CAS-14 2x4GB 8GB $69.99 (+$10)

Unless you are running compression or many applications simultaneously, 8GB of RAM should be sufficient, but faster RAM won't go to waste.

edited your build to something more suited to a home desktop pc imo.

Thanks, I will see how much difference in cost it makes.

Yes, for now I am thinking of keeping it with integrated graphics only.

Good suggestion. I appreciate it very much. I am actually in between those two CPU's.
