Actually I'm a bit confused in choosing the right graphic card for myself..
Budget - 100$ Below
Rs. 6000

Specs:
Monitor: Samsung CRT Monitor 1024x768 Resolution
CPU : AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core 4600+ @ 2.4 GHz
RAM - 2GB DDR2
PSU - Please Suggest Me 1 As The 1 I Have Has No PCIE Connector

I Want To Play Games On Medium-High Settings. With Good FPS

So Please Help Me ASAP..!!

Those games aren't very demanding and furthermore, you are using a monitor with such a small resolution so these parts would definitely improve your gameplay.

I could recommend to you a whole new build, just tell me what are the parts you don't need.
Your current PC is really weak so if you're planning to play more GPU intensive games such as BF3 and COD:Ghosts , you will definitely need to get an upgrade.
