As the title says I want to build a gaming pc since the one I am using at the moment is getting really outdated
My budget is around 500-600 euro . I have already 2 builds in my mind but I just wanted to ask your opinion , I am just not sure if I want to invest more on GPU or CPU .
I play a big variety of games both cpu and gpu intensive so I dont prefer one from the other specifically.
One build is :
Ryzen 3 2200g
Asrock B450M-HDV
RX 590 8GB
Thermaltake 500W PSU ( 80+ )
SSD 500GB
Ram 8 or 16 GB 2666

And the other :
Ryzen 5 2600
Asrock B450M-HDV
RX 580 8GB
Thermaltake 500W PSU (80+ )
SSD 500GB
Ram 8 or 16 GB 2666

I also checked the GTX 1660 but the price is really high in my country so I am stuck with the RX 580 - 590 also the GTX 1060 here costs the same with the 590.
I dont know which one to prefer , 4C/4T cpu and a bit more powerfull GPU or the 6C/12T and a bit less powerfull GPU.
Does the 1st build have a big bottleneck or a minor one?
Any other builds that you would recommend ?
Thanks in advance :)

Solution
I doubt it can deliver 420W at all, to be honest. Anything from that series from Thermaltake gets a big no no from the community on any given day. Actually no, you're not loosing on performance with the GTX1060. Per this chart, your buying the same thing whether you're getting a GTX1060 6GB or an RX 570/580/590 and on those grounds the RX cards will need more power from your system/PSU and dump heat into your case. I'd vote for the GTX1060.

Listing your PSU with the brand name and wattage sin't going to skip our eyesights. You will need to mention the exact model of the PSU. If the unit is brand new, then yeah the model is what's needed.

I'd add money to the ram with a dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit and a good quality SSD. Your GPU, I'd look into Nvidia's offering at that price point due to lower thermal dump.

Might want to parse on your location and your preferred site for purchase. I think we could build you a good system albeit being a little more but with quality parts.

Also 3200 ram here is quite expensive and I dont want to invest that much on ram , 2666 would be decent enough for my taste.
Also I dont want any less performance than what the GTX 1060 provides since the 1070 1660 and 2060 are WAY more expensive , thats why I skipped nvidia and checked AMD with their RX 580 and 590 since the 580 has almost the same performance as the 1060 and the 590 is head of it with only like 10-20 euros more.

The psu is not good quality, if you look at the 12v rail it's also rather obvious it's not even a 500w PSU as it's only rated for 420w on the 12v rail(most important rail). That PSU would be a poor choice with a 580 and a very poor choice for the 590.

With Ryzen you want atleast DDR4 2933/3000 as it's performance is tied to ram speed.

Thanks for the PSU part I will take that into account
I know that ryzen need more RAM speed but I have 2 friends with 2666 each and the performance is really good I prefer to spend more money on cpu and gpu rather than more speed , I find 2666 "decent" I might just upgrade to 3200 later on
Also I have seen many benchmarks on which the RX 590 is way ahead of the GTX 1060 on FPS ( I know it takes more power and heat ) but its actually the same price here also I get 2 extra gb's of video memory , I think its a good burgain.

Thanks for the replies
