Hello, I'm building my first computer. I wanted a computer that can play games successfully, as in it doesnt need to be at max settings just playable to the point where lag isnt an issue. Phantasy Star Online 2 and Final Fantasy would be the main games, maybe Titan Fall. I want to have a dual monitor set up, but I would play on one screen. What i came up with so far was:

Case: NZXT Phantom ATX Full Tower Case
CPU: i5-4670k
MoBo: MSI Z87-G43
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB 3.5" 5400RPM (Salvaged)
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB
Power Supply: Seasonic 650w(SSR-650RM)
OS: 7 or 8.1 (leaning toward 8.1, hearing that its faster)

The main thing im worried about is the GPU and power supply. Should i stick with the 760 2gb or bump up to 4gb? Do i "need" to go with the 770 or is the 760 good enough.I dont wanna spend more than $320 for gpu.

Solution
You should be fine power wise, even with some age on the supply. In general Seasonic is a well respected PSU manufacturer.

As for the 4GB over the 2GB, don't bother. The amount of VRAM will not be exceeded unless you use a ridiculous level of AA, and performance would be terrible before you exceeded 2GB. Anything greater than 2GB for 1080p is a waste. Even most games on 4K displays won't exceed 2GB unless you are using higher AA settings and then you'd need SLI (on nVidia cards) to run it anyway.

I would definitely get Windows 8.1. Install Classic Shell to get your Start button back and you're all good.

The 770 is going to be better than a 760 obviously, however you are going to game on one monitor and assuming the resolution...

The 770 is going to be better than a 760 obviously, however you are going to game on one monitor and assuming the resolution is 1080p, you should be able to set the graphics for most games from high to very high at that resolution. Of course there are games like Metro: Last Light, and Crysis 3 that will require some lower detail settings, but you certainly won't have to run them at the lowest settings either. The 760 is a very capable card.

Solution
thanks for the replies so far. I dont plan on going over 1080p. So it seems like i should forget about the 4gb versions then. Then reason for 16gb of RAM is because i find myself "multitasking" programs A[[space goes here]]LOT.
