Opinion of my intended PC build

I'm thinking of building my own custom gaming pc and I would like to have your opinion.

I am thinking of two parts list to build.

1)
Ryzen 5 1600
8GB RAM
GTX 1070

2)
Ryzen 7 1700
16GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB

I would like to play games like Fortnite, PUBG, and CS:GO.

The ryzen 1700 has no benefit over the 1600 in straight gaming.
Ideally the ryzen 1600, 16gb ram & a 1070.

If thats not doable them I'd just go with the ryzen 1600,16gb ram & a 1060 & save yourself $70-80.

for those games an i5 8400 setup with a 1070 would be ideal

the ryzen cpu's are not strong enough for a 1070 @ 1080p
