Yeah its a good monitor, however I would say its a bit pricey for a TN panel. Do you have an amd gpu and plan on using freesync?

No I am using an i5 and a 1080 or 1070

There is one factor to consider in my special and strange case:
I live in the UAE and the price for the monitor (when converted to USD) is $377.

It has g sync and would be more suited to your nvidia build. I just bought an ASUS PG279Q 144hz 1440p monitor with g sync and I have to say I am really liking the gsync.
