Will be using for gaming and general use. I plan to play games on fhd with potential cpu overclocking. Any places I could save money or any places I would find problems?

Solution
ok, build looks good, suggeston get EVO 970 its much much much faster (3500/3000 mb on 970 vs 500/500mb on 860)
and for money save and problems its the GPU the infamus RTX 2070. from problems with Bios, Temps, Clocks, Memory, Artifacting... just google RTX problems (on my writing of this there are 6.580.000 results)
https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidia-geforce-rtx-2080-ti-failures,38085.html
and its not only on 2080 ti it happends on ALL RTX series.

so if possible wait for the RTX "fix"
if not get an GTX 1080ti and enjoy (BTW 2070 for hd gaming is a little overkill)

Thanks for your reply, it was very helpful, although I did make a mistake in my title as I plan to run at 1440p and potentially 4k for some lighter titles.
