Hey.
Im in the process of building my PC. Just got the motherboard with all its goodies in the case. Just have the GPU and hard drives to install. Here is my PC, https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/6Xbmbj This is the first PC I've ever built and am only getting back in to PC gaming after a long time. So I've tried to read up as much as I could before I bought all the parts but I seemed to miss out on some important information. I have purchased 2 samsung 960 Evos nvme, 500gb and 250gb. My motherboard the Maximus X can support two but one at pcie and one at sata. I'm a bit confused by this. So I can technically connect both? But the sata one will be bottlenecked hugely due to the 600mb/s cap compared to the 8gb/s cap on pcie for speed. Is that right? If so is it worth returning one of them and getting a standard solid state drive? Would love to hear some opinions.
Thanks everyone!
