Hello, all!

I'm in the process of building a PC for a friend. He's a gamer and I put together a PC within his budget and I wondered if some of you could take a look at it and tell me what you think. I usually like to have another set of eyes look at my build to make sure everything fits, the parts are quality, etc.

Also, could anyone recommend a good 1440p monitor? He currently has a 1080p monitor, but with a computer this good I'd really want him to be able to enjoy it. He wants the monitor around 27".

-3800X isn't worth the premium over the 3700X unless it's on sale. Ditto for the Samsung SSD. Memory kit is unusually pricey.
-Overpriced X470 mobo
-Budget power supply paired with a high end system.
