Opinion On Parts

Hi this is going to be my first pc build and just wanted someone to take a look if there is any parts you would change out. trying to keep it around $1500 but can go over if need be all tips and comments welcome. thanks

Hi Liam, I have a few changes to help you.
- 2 x 4GB ram for dual channel support is better than 1 x 8GB. Cost should be about the same.
- Samsung 850 EVO SSD is better than Crucial BX100 and only cost a little more.
- Spec-02 case allows for 157mm coolers. Hyper 212 EVO is 159mm so it will probably hit the case window. Corsair 300R will work, or you could find a shorter cooler.
- The rest looks pretty good, although prices for your power supply and DVD player don't show on the list.

Hi Archaic thanks for the info i have made the changes to the SSD and the Case. was there a specific 2 x 4GB ram you could recommend?
In regards to the power supply it is worth $100 and the DVD $20.
