CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Sapphire RX570 nitro+
RAM: 16 GB (2x8) 2666MHz
Motherboard: Asrock AB350 PRO4
PSU: Corsair CX550M
SSD: N/A
HDD: WD Blue 1TB

Solution
Dump the CPU cooler, the stock one works well.

With the money saved from the CPU cooler I'd get faster memory (3000-3200).

Make sure the BIOS is up to date on that motherboard or the CPU won't work.

If it where me I'd change the 2600 to the 1600 (& OC it) and then use the savings to change the 570 to a 580 (most games are GPU heavy and will benefit more from a better GPU).
