Opinion on this LCD for gaming?

Hello Everyone,

I'm in the market for an LCD to replace my new gaming rig that I purchased http://www.tigerdirect.ca/email/ca/em1487.asp?cm_re=Homepage-_-Spot%2019-_-email_em1487.

I've done some research in regards to requirements for a gaming LCD though I find that many articles have differing opinions and or are written awhile back like 2006 for example. I know technology changes fast.

I found this great deal and before I purchase I want to be sure it'll be suitable for gaming.

You shoulda purchased your parts @ newegg.ca ....... 790i is sketchy.....that's why the combo is soo cheap...

Like they said, it will be good. You might wanna check out Newegg for others, some of the 23"/24" monitors can go for less than $200 if there's a sale or special deal.
