Is This a practical and good computer? As well can i make it cost less while still having the same efficiency?

Then yes it is good; except I would suggest you get a USB wifi adapter over an internal one, they are more reliable. Also if you're going to game online you must try to use Ethernet, or your ping will be lowered and you might see stuttering. Perhaps look in to ethernet over mains adapters.
