Someone posted a link to this Newegg SuperCombo system that says that it has been featured in an editorial by Tom's Hardware. While I can't find this editorial (I searched with and without parenthesize, but I may just be an idiot) the system looks to be pretty hot. It is a little above my budget, but oh well it is not that much more than I was going to pay for a Dell Studio XPS 8100 from Best Buy just 6 weeks ago.

I am up for opinions on this system and I'd love a link to the editorial about it if someone knows where it is. The main things that I need from this system are for it to run 3 monitors and be able to accept an inexpensive wireless networking card so that I can use it with my wireless printers. I'd also like for it to reliable and reasonably upgradeable.

If anyone thinks I should wait for up to a month for the new processors to have their impact on the market, then I am more than willing to do that. I'm in no big hurry.

Here is the system I saw:

This SuperCombo includes:

* Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor (Model:BX80601950)

* Kingston HyperX 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (Model:KHX1600C7D3K3/6GX)
* A-DATA 2.5" 64GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (Model:S599 AS599S-64GM-C) - Total of two units
* SAMSUNG Spinpoint 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive (Model:F3 HD103SJ)

and here is the direct link to it:

Once again, thanks for everyone's help and please send any suggestions for changes to this system or for an inexpensive wireless card that can be added to this system.

intel is releasing Sandy Bridge tomorrow so that will change up your build quite a bit (new CPU, mobo, RAM)

CPU: i5 2500K (unlocked multiplier for easy overclocking)
Mobo: Asus Sabertooth p67
GPU: mdd1963s suggestion is good 2x5870s
RAM: g skill 4gb will be on sabertooth qvl ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231430&cm_re=g_skill_ripjaws_x_4gb_cas_7_2_x_2gb-_-20-231-430-_-Product )
SSD: with two SSDs in RAID you lose TRIM support which means your ssds slow down over time much faster get one 120gb instead here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227551&cm_re=ocz_vertex_2_120gb-_-20-227-551-_-Product
Case: the HAF 922 is cheaper and a great case http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0026FCI2U/ref=s9_simh_gw_p23_d1_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-3&pf_rd_r=1S8T4BZEQKCRC1VEYPJ9&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938811&pf_rd_i=507846
Free shipping from amazon
PSU: Get this just as good albeit cheaper xfx instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207001&Tpk=xfx%20850w
With Sandy Bridge you will only need a small aftermarket cooler to do major overlocking and minor to moderate will not require anything other than stock

btw your combo link has died
