opinion regarding t2500 or P4 3.6

I am curious as to how a laptop with a P4 560 CPU @ 3.6GHz would stand up to one with an Intel Duo Core T2500. I would guess the P4 might be the better deal for a powerhouse laptop, but I do not know enough about the Duo Core CPUs to say for sure.

It depends on how you look at it. In reality, the core duo is the better one because it is a true dual core processor and the fact that it would certainly have much better battery life. It would multitask better and run much more efficient meaning, it would probably outperform the 560 in many cases.

The core duo is much better IMO and I would certainly get it over the P4 560.
