Opinions about hardware i choose ? I dont know is it good

Please tell me are these components any good ? I live in Serbia and this is one of the rare pc sites that delivers to Serbia. This picture show only GPU,Cooler and PSU because they are much cheaper,only graphics card cost £340 in my country.If you dont think cooler and psu are good please pick from http://www.quietpc.com/cpu-fan-coolers , http://www.quietpc.com/powersupplies that cost the same amount of money.They don't have many CPU's so i will get i7-4770k that is a little less expensive than some equivalent on that site,some thing goes for motherboard and ram.I'm kinda suspicious about that GPU,i never heard of Palit,i don't know what kind of GPU's they make.

Hi, Palit are OK,,,, but if you can get an MSI, Gigabyte, Asus or EVGA card they would be better.
For the cpu cooler I would get the NH-D15/14 if you can if not that one is fine
The PSU is fine, try to get an XFX one but bequiet are a good brand.
