Opinions about my future PC build?

I'm currently saving money to buy a gaming pc, and I had some questions about it.
First of all I don't really know what CPU to get, at first I wanted a AMD FX 6350 due it's great performance and price, but then I saw the FX 8320, which has 8 cores, but is running on a lower clockspeed. Which is faster? Which one will give me more performance, less loading speeds etc.
I don't want to get the FX 8350 altough it's a great cpu the price difference is kinda too much. (fx 6350=€100 fx 8350=€150)

And also, AM3+ sockets don't support PCI 3.0 slots, so my gpu would be running at PCI 2.0 (x16)
Is that a problem? Do you know any other good CPU's for that price range? (Check tweakers.net if you want to see what CPU's cost here, if interested)
Cuz' I don't feel like AMD's quad core's will satisfy me, and intel's cpu's cost a lot. ._.
i5's start at €150, 170 for a decent one, is it worth the wait? (I get only €80/90 a month and I'm currently at 230, I've been 'saving money' since february.. idk it didn't went well..) :l

Talkin' about price I had a kinda strange idea for my PC build, I thought, if I'm gonna' save money for my pc I'll be waiting pretty long for a decent gaming pc, and the single most expensive part for my pc will be the GPU, and the pc can also run without dedicated gpu, so if I would kinda like, get the GPU later, it would allow me to use my pc while still saving money, does that make sense?
Maybe it does if I'll tel you that I'm currently using an intel atom cpu with only 1gb of ram.. I could probably play minecraft that way which would be awesome for the few months I'd be saving money, I guess..

Oh and yes for the parts I'm planning on getting (might change before I make my final decision)
AMD FX 6350 (or 8320)
8GB Crucial balistix 1600MHz RAM
Corsair CX600
AMD R9 280X
1TB Seagate HDD
ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
for the case I'm not sure, I could get a cheap case since I'd rather get more performance for my money rather than a good looking case, however I do care a lot about the look of my PC, and cooling, since cheap cases don't have the best cooling, so I'd get a Zalman Z11 Plus or a Aerocool V3X.

So eh what do you guys think?
If you could give me any advice about choosing parts, or building a pc, that'd be appreciated, since it'll be my first pc build.
Thanks.

Since AMD's weakness is core-per-core performance, in most games the FX-6350 would end up being quicker. However, keep in mind it's just an overclocked FX-6300, so you could get an FX-6300 and OC it yourself, probably save some money that way. In the same way, an FX-8320 can effectively be overclocked into an FX-8350, but you'd likely need a new cooler for that, so I doubt it'd really save money on an 8-core CPU, as they run hotter.

You'll want to keep in mind though, an i3-4130 will match an FX-6350, even in games meant for many cores. Intel's i5s are expensive, but their i3s are also perfectly capable of gaming very well on a budget.

I'm not going to track down the benchmarks right now, as it's 4:00 AM here, and I don't care enough. But Anandtech benchmarks show the $160 i3-4360 I have in my PC performing similarly to an FX-8350, beating it in some games and losing out by a bit in others. Certainly nice competition at the price/performance ratio.

ah, I see.
Interesting, I won't get an i3 though, I don't wanna' game on a dual core, no matter the performance, I also kinda like AMD more when it comes to budget CPU's, about overclocking, eh, well the difference between an fx 6300 and fx 6350 is only €15 atm which is less than the cost of a nice aftermarket cpu, also I don't really wanna' overclock, I'd rather keep it safe, I might OC when I know more about it, I guess
I think I'll get a fx 6350, could I overclock that in the future ? When games will demand more power from cpu's, like, to 4.4 GHz or something?
Anyway, thanks for your response, it really helped me in making decision
