• Hard Drive load times will be slow compared to SSD.
• Budget PSU is not the best choice paired with RTX 2060.

Im gonna be doing content creation and streaming, thought the extra core and threads will help.

Yes they will and the 2700x is a good CPU choice for that especially at its price.
