This is my new pc build.
Can any one tell me if this build is ok in 2020 for average gaming in low or med 1080p graphics and a good work pc. Games like apex legend, call of duty, etc.

The CPU is ok, but for 1080p low I would want more than a RX550. While it can probably do 1080p low for a while, it is going to be limited in the long run. Have you purchased these things already? If not what is your budget and country?

I have not purchased any parts, as i wanted some advise.
My budget is around 35000 rupees and India

Do you have a trusted online retailer? India's pcpartpicker is only showing things from Newegg, and the shipping is coming from the USA.

A lot of issues. The I3 9400f isn't a very good value CPU when Ryzen exists.
Single stick of ram will not be good for performance
RX550 is not very good performance.

Not bad otherwise. The CPU cooler is decent for the price, and far better than the Intel supplied cooler. I agree with the RX 570. That will be able to handle 1080p medium for quite a while.
