There is something that is not balanced properly:
-You have selected i5 4570(non k) version, and the motherboard is Z87 chipset. There is no point in using Z87 chipset on non K processor, because you cant overclock it, unless you are planing to buy in the future K processor. If not, go with motherboards with chipsets of B85 or H87
-Better get 2X4 GB RAM, so you can use double channel and get best performance from the memory modules.
-Why do you have 2 HDD's, one 500GB and one 1TB, better get 128 GB SSD for better boot and usage of applications , software and os, and use 1TB for storage.
-Last one, what is your budget, so the community here can help you in selecting the best parts for your setup.

Change some parts for better performance:
Processor to i5 4670K
Ram to 2x4 GB
Video Card into Geforce GTX 660 TI
500 GB HDD into 128 GB SSD
Change the motherboard into something around 100$. I don't have time to suggest one.
Even though the cost may increase but it will be very much useful.

First of all thank you for your answer!
I made a mistake, ram is 4gbx2 in order to use dual channel, I choose wrong part to pcpartpicker.
I try to make a pc for a friend; the budget is max 900 euro. I selected those parts
Because 4570 in games has no great difference with 4670k,that's why I invested to the motherboard if he needs to upgrade to 4670k (and over clock) or 4770k in the future.
Didn't find a decent ssd for 70-90 euro, also the size of the ssds at that price was very small. If i was putting a better one, I was out of budget or I had to cut from other parts like psu or case, but those parts u don't upgrade them that often, thats why I choose a caviar black for OS and the blue for storage.
As for the GPU I think is quite good for the price and considering the budget limitations.
Tell me what u think. All the suggestions, will be appreciated please consider the max limit of 900 euro!!!

I know my friend,they just don't have it! I know that samsung pro are good too put they don't have them either,infact they don't have any decent ssd!!
