I am looking for an LED 21"-25" 1080p monitor (must have HDMI port) which will be primarily used for watching online movies (best bang for my buck) and have been looking at the following at £100 range. But I am wondering if there is something better for the money, or if spending a maybe £20-£30 more would give a significant improvement in picture quality?

The viewsonic monitor I linked has been confirmed by 3 users to be 60Hz. About £10 more than the Benq, I can only notice a slightly better viewing angle for the viewsonic (178° H x 178°V) which I'm not sure will actually make much practical difference). The Benq has 170° H x 160° V but I have yet to confirm these angles on amazon.
Both are 21.5", 2ms response time, 60Hz, same contrast ratio and brightness (250 cd/m²)
Which would you get, are there any differences you can spot looking at them on amazon (part picker made a few mistakes) Is there a way to tell if one has better picture quality?? Is there something much better for a little more money?
