Opinions needed

Hello everyone. I am looking for a power supply for my new rig. It needs to power:

- AMD FX-8350 than I plan to overclock to 4.7-4.8GHz, pretty modest
- 8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
- XFX Radeon 7970 GHz Edition 3GB overclocked just slightly
- 1 SSD and 2 7200rpm HDD
- a Blu-Ray drive
- 4 case fans and a Corsair H100

I am thinking about getting a Thermaltake 850W power supply that delivers 70A on the +12v rail. What do you think? Will this be good enough? Thanks.

Thermal take is a brand that should be avoided in PSU's, a 550watt quality PSU would run that rig just fine.
