Hi guys, I'm building my first mid-range gaming PC. I wanted your feedback on it, maybe some of you more experienced builders can spot something I missed. Maybe something is incompatible or whatever. I don't really care about aesthetics, the main point of this build is price to performance, though I do want the listed case and an at least semi-modular PSU.

CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F 2.9GHz
MOBO: Asus Prime B360-Plus
Cooler: Stock cooler included with CPU
RAM: G-Skill Aegis 2x8 GB DDR4-3000MHz (With XMP Profile enabled)
Storage (HDD): WD Caviar Blue 1TB 3,5" 7200 RPM
Storage (SSD): Samsung 860 Evo 250 GB 2.5"
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti Ventus XS 6GB OC
PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 450W 80+ Gold Certified
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case
OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

It seems like a pretty good build for the money, assuming these are at current US sale prices.

Personally, I would do something different with the storage though, unless perhaps you already own one or both of those drives. You can now find some relatively decent 1TB SSDs for around the same price as that 250GB SSD + 1TB hard drive. It will be less storage in total, but it will all be fast storage. Otherwise, you will have to decide which handful of games get installed to the SSD for improved load times, and which are stuck on the hard drive.

Or, if you plan on primarily using the hard drive for bulk storage, it's worth pointing out that 2TB hard drives tend to only cost a little more than 1TB models now, so it might be worth paying the extra $15 or so for one of those. Or go for an SSD around 500GB, which shouldn't cost much more than that 250GB model.
